Second Day of David and Karalee's 40th Anniversary Celebration

Karalee and David took it easy the day before their 40th wedding anniversary. They wandered around Victoria and enjoyed the amenities of the Empress Hotel.

Karalee and David have never had professional photographs of themselves since the original ones on their wedding day in 1982. To celebrate their 40th anniversary, David arranged with Victoria's Professional Photographer Jade Mutter for a photo shoot. We started casually around the Empress Hotel and the waterfront. Then David and Karalee dressed up so that Jade could photograph the two of them using with the hotel as the backdrop. A selection of these photos are on our Next Page.

Jade made the experience enjoyable and easy. After she was finished, we spent time on the balcony of the Empress Hotel watching the light fade over the Inner Harbour.
