December 30, 2019: A Surprise 60th Birthday Celebration
Earlier in December, Karalee turned 60. Maria and Gilberto planned a surprise 60th Birthday party for Karalee at the place they were renting in Huatulco. Karalee was completely surprised when we arrived. There were decorations, a cool pair of red "60" glasses, and lots of food. We celebrated and visited until the kids decided that a water fight in and around the pool would be fun. The "adults" just watched.
In the evening, we headed into the center of La Crucecita. Daniel found a local taco place that could fit our big group. We visited more as we enjoyed a Mexican dinner to finish Karalee's 60th Birthday Celebration.
